Survey Types - Toast

Toast survey is displayed at the bottom of the page, as a floating panel. It does not block the user from interacting with the page content.

When to use Toast Survey

Toast surveys are not as interrupting as modal survey. They do not block users from interacting with the rest of the page. As such can be used for a more generic feedback requests. Still, to improve the feedback rate, make sure that survey is timmed properly and relevant to users' actions.

The survey questions should be relevant to the user's experience on the website. Avoid asking too many questions or questions that are not related to the user's current activity.

As less intrusive, Toast Survey can be used both to gather generic feedback about the product and as a conclusion of some process.
